    The University of Winchester is a new university located in the cathedral city of Winchester, Hampshire. Its main campus is near the centre of Winchester and it has a smaller ‘West Downs Campus’, home to its business school, is located a short distance away.

    The University’s courses are focused on a wide range of arts, humanities, social science, business and law related subjects. They include subjects such as: linguistics, American Studies, creative writing, performing arts, economics, law, politics, theology and archeology.

    Winchester also provides the Degree Apprenticeship programme for CGI (Canadian Global Information Company) which leads to a BSc in digital and Technology Solutions. The work-based part of this degree apprenticeship will generally be at CGI offices in Reading or Leatherhead. The course lasts three years and entrants are required to have at least 120 UCAS points.
