    The University of Stirling is situated in a parkland campus in central Scotland. It is offers a wide range of academic subjects in areas such as: arts and humanities, natural sciences, social sciences, and health sciences and sport.

    It has two smaller campuses in the Scottish Highlands (Inverness and Stornoway); both these campuses focus on nursing and midwifery. It also has strong international links with China, Singapore, Vietnam and Oman.

    The University is strong in research and has a number of specialist areas on which it focuses including: dementia services and international relations.
