    The University of Greenwich became a university in 1992 and is based in Greenwich, Southeast London. Its main campus is in the iconic building of the Old Naval College, but it also has a campus in Avery Hill (also in Greenwich) and Medway, Kent (on a former Navy base).

    The University offers a wide range of subjects from architecture, natural sciences and pharmacy to business, computing, and engineering. It also offers specialist courses in maritime studies, maritime policy and shipping management.
